- Share your digital certificate/s with third parties / Employers.
- Order duplicate reprints of your documents in the event your original is lost, stolen or damaged. (Only credit cards and Debit cards that are approved for online payments are accepted)
- Order replacement or translation of obtained certificate
2021 Graduates, please do not order a copy of your degree certificate as you will receive communication regarding collection of the original graduation certificate/s

Urgent Notification from the Qualification and Verification Unit regarding Collection and Courier Options
Please note that all orders that are being placed on the platform for Transcript Supplements/Academic Records and Special Letters will be processed. However, collection and courier at this point is not possible given the exponential rise in the Covid-19 cases in Gauteng. To ensure the health and safety of clients as well as staff, the Qualifications Verifications Unit is currently working offsite. At this point, any order placed will be processed but only an electronic version of the document ordered can be provided. These documents are stamped and signed and constitute original UJ academic documentation and can be used for the purposes for which they have been requested as original UJ documents.
We apologise profusely if this has caused you any inconvenience, however, the current context we find ourselves in, is one that is not unique to us but a global pandemic that the world is battling with at the moment. Once we are back onsite, all documents that require the courier service will be readied and expedited with urgency. Those who have selected the collection option will be contacted via email and issued an appointment to come in and collect.
